2. Products & Orders

All coffee is roasted to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is required at checkout.

4. Shipping

We aim to process orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at coffee@batcoffee.com for resolution. (See Refund/Return Policy for full details)

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be modified or canceled before the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials are the property of Bat Coffee and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.
